We are proud to announce our partnership with Run Through as we take further strides to normalise the conversation around mental health in the running community.

Over the coming months we shall be working together, delivering mental wellbeing check-in workshops at selected events in Queen Elizabeth Park.

 What's coming up:

- Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5K & 10K - July 16, 2022 – workshop time: 10:00am-10:30am location TBC soon.

- Chase The Sun at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5K & 10K - August 17, 2022, workshop time: 6:00pm-6:30pm at Change Please Cafe located next to the Registration desks and baggage drop! 

We shall meet an hour prior to the start of the respective races for 30 minutes, giving you ample time to drop of your bags and collect your running bib.

What can you expect:

- Mindful moment

- Be More You introduction

- Wellbeing check-in

- Gratitude exercise

- Q&A

This will be an interactive session led by Founder of Be More You 'Sha Hussain', giving you the opportunity to connect with other members from the Run Through Community, putting you in a positive frame of mind to take on your race.
