We know how important it is to stay connected in these modern and uncertain times.

Come and join our monthly wellbeing check-in on Zoom and connect with likeminded runners from around the world.

Be More You are a supportive online community where you can come and talk about how you are really doing in a safe non-judgemental space, and learn new skills to improve your mental wellbeing and outlook on life.

You can join us online mid-month on Mondays at 7.00pm BST / 8.00pm CET.

What to expect from our Wellbeing Check-Ins.

Our sessions generally run for 45-minutes and are hosted by our founder “Sha Hussain.” A typical session starts with a mindful moment, followed by a wellbeing check-in “an opportunity to share how participants are actually doing.” The remainder of the session will focus on a themed topic around self-development and improving your mental wellbeing.
