Founded Be More You after a lived experience of mental health for 2 years. Sha is an award-winning wellbeing consultant and runs his own corporate wellness business, helping organisations to humanise the workplace so that employees can bring their whole selves to work. In his spare time, Sha enjoys traveling, cooking, reading about self-development, and helping others.

Anastasia is a former professional athlete, ballroom dancer, and is currently exploring different contemporary dance styles. She is also our key lead in Moscow having launched Be More You there for Russian speakers. Anastasia speaks and teaches (she loves this aspect) five languages. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people via Couchsurfing, and expressing herself through body language and choreography.

As a passionate advocate for positive psychology and mental wellbeing, Lindsay joined the Be More You leadership team in its early days at Brick Lane's Cafe 1001. Now a first-year medical student in the United States, Lindsay continues to work on peer support and wellbeing efforts at the university level. In her free time, Lindsay loves to plan activities with friends, practice yoga, play outside, cook vegan dishes and travel the world.

Trina is a London-based user experience designer. Being outdoors and active is amongst her biggest passions and plays a big role in her general wellbeing. Her happiest place is in the mountains. Trina first started working with Sha to help bring wellbeing support to Midnight Runners during the first COVID lockdown. She believes Be More You is an incredible support line and a beautiful community.
