I started running marathons back in 2006 to get fitter and healthier, and I haven't looked back since.

I have ran The Speed Project, Marathon Du Mont Blanc, and 26 marathons worldwide, including four majors "London, New York, Berlin and Boston." My first marathon was in London, where I ran in a time of 4hrs 35 minutes, and my fastest marathon was in December 2023, where I ran 3hrs 5 minutes in Valencia - this race has provided me with qualifying times for Boston, London, Chicago and New York marathons.

Running gives me the energy, motivation and confidence to succeed in all the different areas of my life - as well as the clarity of mind to troubleshoot any difficulties I face in my every day.

I firmly believe that the secret to success in running is to enjoy the process and the results will follow - I have qualified for Boston three times and have improved consistently each year.
