Be More You Community at the Trackhouse

Last night, we hosted a values-based goal-setting session at the Trackhouse🐰, and it was nothing short of wholesome. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—it was such a lovely turnout!

The session was led by me and my colleague in wellness, Zakiya Dharsi. We kicked things off with a grounding mindfulness meditation. From there, we explored and defined our values, using them as the foundation to set meaningful goals that truly matter to us.

When we align our goals with our core values, we’re so much more likely to stay committed and progress them.

The evening was filled with connection and interaction, with participants sharing their values, upcoming goals, and the habits they’re planning to build to achieve them.

We closed the session with a visualisation meditation and a group gratitude activity called “Rose, Rose, Thorn, Bud.” Together, we shared:
