Come and join the Be More You community and connect with runners from around the world. This is a safe non-judgemental space, where you can share how you are really doing and learn new skills to improve your mental wellbeing and outlook on life.

Check-in to see how we are all doing

An opportunity to ask a question, raise awareness or share something

each week we follow a different theme for the session, for example empathy, self-compassion or nature..
